Actor Corey Haim dead at 38
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner has confirmed that Actor Corey Haim, who battled substance addiction for several years, was found unresponsive in an Oakwood apartment and pronounced dead at Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center at 2:15AM PT. His mother, according to FOX station KTLA, was in the apartment at the time. Haim became a teen heartthrob in the 80s after appearing in the 1986 film "Lucas" and 1987's "The Lost Boys," which also starred fellow teen idol Corey Feldman.
